Anaemia Panel

Anaemia occurs when the haemoglobin level drops below normal. A fall in haemoglobin is usually associated with a reduction in red blood cells count. RBCs contain haemoglobin, which is necessary for transfer of oxygen throughout the body. Fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain are some of the common symptoms of anaemia.
